All rentals are subject to availability, staffing requirements, and require a deposit.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event are responsible for 50% of the total event cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are responsible for 100% of the total event cost. One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
