All Memberships

Our Georgetown facility is OPEN! Our Abilene facility is scheduled to open August 2026!
Your membership will connect to our Georgetown and Abilene locations, so you can play at both facilities. Purchase a membership and save. As a member you'll get to pay less, play more, and get exclusive member benefits!

Yes! After your first two months of membership, you can cancel anytime with a two-week notice. Simply contact our gtmanager@pickletex.com to process your cancellation, we’ll make it quick and hassle-free. But we’ll be sad to see you go!
Membership is not required to play! Non-members are welcome to join open play, reserve courts, and participate in clinics, lessons, and tournaments at the non-member rate.
However, becoming a member comes with great perks, including free open play during peak and non-peak hours, early court reservations, monthly guest passes, and discounts on court reservations, tournaments, clinics, lessons, and pro shop purchases.
Off Peak Times - Weekdays 7am-5pm
Peak Times - Weekdays from 5pm-Close, Weekends open to close
Open Play Pricing per Session
- Members - Off-Peak $10, Peak Times $12
- Non-Members - Off-Peak $12, Peak Times $15
Court Reservations Pricing per Hour
- Members - Off-Peak $15, Peak Times $25
- Non-Members - Off-Peak $20, Peak Times $35
At PickleTex, we do our best to keep play going rain or shine but player safety always comes first. Please review the following guidelines so everyone knows what to expect when weather or scheduling changes come into play.
Member & Guest Cancellations
- Court reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time with no charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will be charged the full reservation price.
- No-shows, will be charged in full for members and non-members.
Weather-Related Cancellations
- If the PickleTex cancels play due to inclement weather, you’ll receive a credit applied to your member account (or a refund for non-member guests).
- Inclement weather includes conditions that make the courts unplayable or unsafe, such as:
- Standing water
- Lightning
- Slippery or otherwise unsafe court surfaces
- Please note that high or low temperatures, as well as strong winds, are not considered inclement weather for this policy.
Programs, Clinics & Events
- If a clinic, league, or event is cancelled due to weather or insufficient registration, all participants will receive a club credit or refund as appropriate.
- If a clinic, league, or event does not meet the minimum number of participants you will receive a club credit or refund as appropriate.
Communication
- The court crew will monitor weather conditions throughout the day and notify members as soon as possible if play needs to be delayed, suspended, or cancelled.
Our Commitment
We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility when weather impacts play. Our goal is always to prioritize safety while keeping our members on the court as much as possible!
We love our furry friends, but for everyone’s safety and comfort, pets are not allowed on the courts or inside the fences. Service animals are always welcome when assisting a person with a disability.
Yes! Your PickleTex membership will be connected to play at the Georgetown and Abilene locations.
