Looking for a meeting space? An event space? A place to celebrate? We have just the spot! PickleTex is more than just pickleball, even though our pickleball is very special.
We have two party rooms and a lounge area that are all available to rent – with or without the pickleball. You can bring in your own food or we can help coordinate that also.
Any reservations made from the list below require a signed contract and a $75 non-refundable deposit prior to booking the event. The balance is due 72 hours before the party/event.

Host a Birthday Party
Busy? You pick the day and time and we’ll handle the rest from set up to paddles, we’ve got it covered. All you need to do is show up and celebrate your VIP!
The Bread and Butter
- Pricing for up to 12 guests ~ Each party guest after 12 will be an additional $5 per guest.
- Private room for 2 hours with two 6-foot tables/chairs
- 2 hours of pickleball on one reserved court
- Balls and paddles for all 12 guests to use
- Personal party host
- The birthday VIP will receive a 2-hour “drop in and play” token to be used on a future day
- VIP will receive a t-shirt and a pickleball signed by all the party guests
The Spicy Pickle
- Pricing for up to 12 guests ~ Each party guest after 12 will be an additional $5 per guest.

Want to play more? Add a second court for an hour for only $40 or $80 for 2 hours.
Note: Guests are considered pickleball playing party guests. Spectators/family are always welcome to enjoy the party at no charge.
The Fine Print
- Minimum 2 hours for party
- We recommend that reservations be made at least 15 days in advance in order to guarantee court availability. Party add-ons may also be limited within a 7 day window of the party.
- Reservations will be complete when there is a signed contract with a $75 non-refundable reservation fee/deposit paid . The balance is due 72 hours before the party/event.
- No outside food or drinks (with the exception of water) will be allowed beyond the birthday treat/cake.
- Siblings and host family will be included in the head count if playing pickleball.
- Balloons and table decorations are allowed, but no wall decor, please.
- No gum in the facility.

The birthday party room is private. The court is reserved, but there will be other guests at the facility unless you buy out the entire facility.

No! All of your guests will be provided with paddles and balls at no charge, if they don’t already have their own.
No. You will want to have at least two players, but the court is yours.
Packages are for up to 12 guests. Extra participants can be added for $5 per person. However, spectators are always welcome at no charge. We can accommodate groups up to 99. Please contact us for details.

All rentals are subject to availability, staffing requirements, and require a deposit.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event are responsible for 50% of the total event cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are responsible for 100% of the total event cost. One reschedule is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
